Currently the main local airport (Alicante) is just 20 minutes from the property but having Murcia and Alicante both nearby is useful as it enables a choice between flying with RyanAir or Easyjet, allowing for the best offers to be taken advantage of between the two companies throughout the year.
This makes it extremely affordable for visitors to fly over, especially outside peak season, and with the flight from London to Alicante taking little over two hours, this villa is ideally situated for short weekend visits or breaks.
Plans are being discussed for the creation of a large golf course just a couple of miles from the Residential Park which is great news not just for golfers but for anyone owning a property in the area as this is likely to increase house prices significantly.

Amongst the many local attractions, there are also Horse Riding facilities, many beautiful walks and bike rides etcetera all around the location of the Villa, as well as beautiful mountains and Orange Groves.
The Residential Park has a Cycling Club consisting of a mixture of German and English couples who meet up once a week for a bike ride out through the Orange Groves or up into the mountains, stopping on the way to have a coffee or cold beer on the sun terraces of village bars, followed by a slap up meal at the end of the ride. |

The park on which the Villa sits has a wonderful atmosphere and a good old-fashioned community spirit where all are welcome and in fact encouraged to join in at parties, meals, fiestas and other events.
